In Memory of Bob Owens

Picture
This page is in memory of Bob Owens a no nonsense cowboy who forgot more about horses than the average person will ever hope to know.  Judi and I have the distinct honor of continuing Bob and Paddy Owen's Foundation Quarter Horse blood lines through Bob's old stud Jazz.  KROGS JAZZY DOC AQHA 3704974

Robert Black Owens passed away peacefully February 20, 2012 at the age of 83 years. Bob was a member of the Garnett Valley Gang as “Curly Bob”. He was a true horseman and a cowboy in the truest sense of the word – in his beliefs and how he lived his life. He loved his horses and dogs. His family fondly referred to him as “Cowboy Bob”
